The biggest challenge in any business is building a great team and at MAI^® we have certainly achieved that! As well as our highly-experienced and passionate senior leadership team, this includes skilled workers on the production side and our administration staff. Everyone is valued as an important part of the team.

We are always looking to the future, running regular training courses for our customers and employees with the opportunity to examine current and future technologies. MAI^® trains apprentices as plant electricians and mechanical engineering technicians. After four years of training they can sit an exam and take their place at MAI^® as skilled workers.
