This maintenance-free, fully automatic, dust-protected pneumatic dry mortar conveying system is mounted at eye-level on the transport silo. It is easy to connect and integrates all the equipment you need in a silo conveyor, operated at the touch of a a button.
The MAI®4SILO-BOX for process reliability
We’ve made process reliability a priority with the MAI®4SILO-BOX silo conveyor. Adaptation of pressure in the dry mortar silo for optimal supply of material to the plastering machine is straightforward. Damaging the oil-free compressor by incorrect connection is almost impossible.
Operating status is constantly displayed thanks to the ESA (Electronic Service Assistant), avoiding unnecessary downtime and any fault causes are shown with a simple numerical code.
Always in control, error free conveying machinery
The easy to transport conveyor block (weighing only 8kg) has integrated connection hoses. All you need to do is connect the silo conveyor, switch on the mains breaker, press start button, and the MAI®4SILO-BOX will do the rest. It operates with both 1 bar and 2 bar transport silos.
Clogged hoses are a thing of the past with the fully automatic blockage drainage system. Permanently and automatically monitor pressure in the dry mortar conveying hose with this maintenance-free conveying machinery.
