The latest MAI® technological innovations have been put to impressive use with MAI®4MULTIMIX special purpose mortar mixing pump.
This cement pump sets new standards in process security through innovative water and dry material management. The MAI®4MULTIMIX mortar mixing pump is ideal for special applications that require not even the slightest fluctuations in material consistency. Consistency is secure where multiple additives are needed during the process and even when counter-pressure forms in the mortar hose. MAI®’s patented mixing blades guarantee perfectly homogeneous mixing and processing quality (patent No: EP 1 768 771 B1).
Brilliantly simple operation and control
The MAI®4MULTIMIX system includes the display, monitoring and documentation of operating status, ensuring simple operation. The multilingual display allows constant optical control of the mixing quality in the wet mortar area, which makes readjustment possible at any time. Don’t worry about the mixed materials settling or hardening during adjustment - the agitator constantly mixes the material during work breaks, keeping it moving.
The excellent mixing function is ideal for dry adhesives, cement plasters, bricklaying mortar, cementitious self-levelling, finishing plasters, flowing screeds, spraying of fibre reinforced repair mortars and fireproofing materials.
Conveniently, the system has interfaces for the control of external devices such as the MAI®DOS additive dosing equipment and the MAI®MIX.
Your easy to use partner for the long haul
The MAI®4MULTIMIX mixing pump can be loaded from a transport silo, big bag or manually with sacks. Conveying power is adjustable at the machine or via the optional cable or radio remote control.
Of course, the MAI®4MULTIMIX is built from stainless steel and hot-dip galvanised components for corrosion-free operation and a long service life. Speed cleaning is also standard thanks to the use of highly wear-resistant MAI®CODUR synthetics.
